ALL students, in all subjects, can benefit from using Lego to learn. Learn about some examples of how Lego is used for Math (elementary), Biology (Blood typing, photo synthesis, cellular respiration, sliding muscle filament theory, diffusion), social studies (historical re-enactments), English (mini-figure videos).
This session will focus on how to incoprotate Peter Liljedahl's concept of building thinking classrooms in a high school social studies setting. In this session, we will review the basics of a thinking classroom, explore how to apply this orignal math concept to high school social studies classrooms, and engage with examples of implimentation.

This session will explore creative and practical ways to infuse coding and computational thinking across the K-6 curriculum.
