Painting with Kameko (cost and pre-registration required)

Teachers will spend a 2 hour session creating a Cowboy Boots Painting using Kameko's artistic guidance. Acrylic paint, paint brushes, canvases and instruction will be given. Participant cost AND pre-registration required.

Wellness Medicine Wheel x 2 I talk about being a Sixties Scoop Survivor and how that differs from Residential School. T I then teach about the Wellness Wheel. There are four parts, Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. I talk about striving for balance in your life. While I'm doing my presentation, we have breaks to paint a rawhide circle in the four direction colours.
